Lemon drop time!
I’m so enjoying my martini right now, I thought I’d share my recipe.
Lemon Drop Martini
1 ounce Absolut Citron
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon fine sugar
fine sugar to rim glass
Pour the Absolut Citron into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add lemon juice and one teaspoon of sugar. Shake vigorously. Use a lemon wedge to wet the rim of a martini glass and dip in superfine sugar. Strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
