These photos are so humbling and they have to be such a huge reward for all of the hard work you have to go through. Write whenever you feel like it and give yourself permission NOT to be a perfectionist. Like a good friend, when you come back to the blog-o-sphere, no apologies are necessary and it's like you never left! My sister in law does the same with her son (he was a premie with gastroschesis).
